Sr. Analyst, BusPlanAnalysis

This role is on the Change organization’s portfolio management team. You will work with project managers across the full breadth of Risk and Compliance to develop a comprehensive picture of the department’s initiatives, and develop metrics and reporting for senior stakeholders.  Key responsibilities include:

• Support senior stakeholders in the development of executive reporting, and execution of the communication plan(s)


• Assist senior executives in the development of communications that advance the department’s annual planning cycle


• Track and manage the project/program financials including conducting data analysis


• Support governance of project/ program delivery across the breadth of the portfolio, including maintaining a change control process


• Coordination with other Second Line and enterprise-wide programs/projects and partner with stakeholders across the firm (Technology, Operations, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Front Office) to identify and track key activities, milestones, risks and dependencies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an analytical discipline (e.g. business, economics, physical sciences, engineering), advanced degree preferred


• 4 to 8+ years of relevant experience producing data and reporting across portfolios of change projects in the Financial Institution practice at a tier 1 management consultancy, or within the technology or strategy organizations of a systemically significant capital markets business


• Strong written and verbal communication skills including senior management communication


• Quantitative, analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills


• Ability to drive results autonomously and escalate properly


• Ability to work in a time sensitive environment and handle and or prioritize multiple urgent tasks simultaneously across multiple time zones


• Excellent interpersonal and rapport building skills, working across multiple stakeholders and functions


• Intellectually curious and interested in the future of financial services
