We are looking for a Unified Endpoint Management administrator with VMware AirWatch/Workspace One expertise to join our team. Your mission will be to drive innovative ideas and automated solutions with the goal of improving user experience and reducing end user downtime. This will be a challenging and unique role administrating, configurating, managing, deploying, and troubleshooting issues for our 35,000+ endpoint clients. You will be working as part of a larger team handling and managing projects for new and existing customers. Additional duties include leading the design and installation of Workspace One and other platforms, managing communication with stakeholders, and overseeing roadmap planning all whilst creating and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Duties & Responsibilities:
Workspace One (WS1) Administration
Expert knowledge of the Workspace One Console for administration of Windows 10, macOS, iOS, and Android devices
Expert knowledge of Workspace One Access management and configurations
Knowledge of the setup, configuration, and installation of new Workspace ONE instances
Experience with standard software packaging is a must (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Linux, etc.)
Expertise in diagnosing WS1 client communication issues
Work with vendor for product enhancement, feature updates, and support tickets relating to the Workspace One environment
Strong skills in Workspace One Intelligence Reporting creation and presentation to leadership
Excellent documentation skills for documenting the Workspace One Environment
Knowledge of Workspace One Factory Provisioning using Dell Computers (Autopilot)
Provide courteous and prompt support to all customers and teammates
Working together as a team to solve customer issues
Utilize advanced networking skills to solve customer computer issues
Vendor Management - Be able to work with vendors for support and assistance
Research, evaluate, and recommend new or upgraded hardware/software to ensure proper operation and performance for all platforms (iOS, Android, Mac OS, Windows 10, Linux, etc.)
Strong troubleshooting skills in workstation/server operating systems is a must
Scripting skills & knowledge, using multiple scripting languages (PowerShell, Java/ECMA Script, Python, Perl, and others)
Provide and/or estimate appropriate project deliverables as requested.
Accurately determine resource requirements for a project/task
Attend team meetings, conference calls, etc.
Work with teammates to prioritize tasks.
Preferred, but not required:
VMware VCAP for end user computing
VMware virtualization software experience: Citrix, Horizon, vSphere, VM management
Certification in Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server OS, VMware Workspace ONE technical certifications (i.e., VSP, VTSP) or tracks
Azure AD Experience
Active Directory Experience
Knowledge of Remote-Control Tools for the support of remote users
All CommScope site locations globally must be supported & This position must work US east coast hours and the location will be in India Hyderabad
Related Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in related curriculum such as Information Technologies W/ 5YRS Experience
Teamwork and exceptional customer communication skills are a must and vital to this role.
B.S. in Engineering / Computer Science / Management Information Systems (MIS) degree or equivalent experience.
Technical understanding across IT systems (e.g., applications, networks, LDAP, domains, etc.), information security utilities (i.e., firewalls, IPS, SIEM, proxy), and application authentication techniques.
Expert-level understanding of EUM principles and processes
Previous experience with industry-leading technologies for IAM for Single Sign-On and Multifactor Authentication
