How you will leave your mark:
Translating questions into testable hypotheses to drive the business to the next level. Highly numerical and attention to detail. Your deep dive analyses and visualizations of data sets will set the tone to optimize our commercial and operational performance.
You will analyze and report sales performance for Montblanc, share your recommendation with the leadership team and drive changes on how to close the performance gap between markets.
Together with your team colleagues you will be the go-to person for analytical / finance / business questions with significant commercial impact on our business and derive actionable insights through in-depth analysis. You will also contribute, together with your team to create automated data-driven approaches for analysis, forecasting, planning and steering
You will lead cross-functional projects, business case development in markets and interact with Marketing, Operations, Finance and the local Markets.
You will work closely with Finance in order to ensuring data, numbers and reporting is cutting edge.
How you will experience success with us:
BA/Master in economics, engineering, statistics, management or comparable qualification. You have gained 3+ years of work experience in a direct-to-consumer digital business, highly analytical role
You are a strategic business thinker with impressive analytical skills. You have strong technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint, SAP R/3 and BOA is a plus
You possess strong people, stakeholder management and people leadership skills
You are able to translate customer needs and business opportunities into a sound business plan that yields results on both short-term and mid-term. You have an in-depth understanding of E-commerce.
You are comfortable in a fast changing environment and always look for pragmatic and creative solution to change the game. You’re also fluent in English.
