Position Summary

Dedicated Claims Analyst to monitor budget and claims payment with assigned Samsung accounts. Assist in timely resolution of issues with the customers to ensure a smooth payment process and strengthen customer’s confidence to openly embrace the programs geared to drive sales and continued growth.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Perform work processes such as incentive computation and claims payment. Manage issues and analyze the differences from the defined processes.

  • Reconcile claims payments and resolve overdue balances with customers

  • Coordination of claims related issues with the Claims Team and Samsung customers

  • Collaborate and partner with the Sales Team to facilitate timely payment with customers

  • Monitor overall claims status to ensure claims KPIs are met

  • Create and analyze expense and payment reports to align with the Sales Department

Skills and Qualifications

• Develops professional expertise by complying with company policies and procedures

• Works on problems of moderate scope where analyzing situations or data requires a review on various factors

• Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action

• Normally receives general instructions on routine work with detailed instructions on new projects or assignments

• Generally requires a bachelor's degree with a minimum 2 years related experience, or advanced degree without experience
