Analyzes and reconciles Compensation data and executes global policies and processes.

What will your job look like?

  • Implement Compensation Strategy- Executes global compensation processes to support and align with the business's needs and strategy. Areas include salary increase processes, Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), sales Incentive processes, periodic or ongoing promotions, M&A- Supports the implementation of C&B policies & procedures.- Analyzes complex data, provides performance and compensation & benefits analyses and simulations on individuals or groups to support decision making.- Provides ongoing support to the business (managers, employees, Finance, legal, HR and other functions) on the various aspects of compensation.- Maintains ongoing contact with external compensation and benefits vendors.
  • Exceptional requests- Provides research and data analysis, (e.g., forecasts and simulations) for HR or C&B managers for exceptional / non-standard / tailored compensation and benefits packages or elements of pay.
  • Best Practice- Stays up to date on C&B trends and market practices, and applies that knowledge to day to day practices. - Conducts analyses of market trends, providing basic insights from compensation & benefits surveys.
  • Budget Control, Responsibility & Cost Management- Performs costs analyses and forecasts, providing data and insights
  • Mergers, Acquisitions & Rebadging’s involved with such ad hoc projects as restructuring activities, mergers & acquisitions, rebadge transfers: - Assesses cost impacts and practical considerations of harmonizing or making any changes to the compensation and benefits of transferring employees.
  • HR Information Systems, C&B modules and related systems- Is engaged with operating systems as well as the upload / download of data- Develops and generates reports from IT systems and databases and perform data reconciliation. - Is involved in the configuration and testing of new HR Information systems.

All you need is...

  • Bachelor/B.Sc. Degree, preferably in Economics, Statistics, HR or the equivalent. Alternatively, a degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering would be acceptable
  • Post graduate diploma or degree in HR or equivalent - advantage
  • 1 - 3 years of experience handling C&B issues
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural global company - advantage
  • Must have experience in and proficiency with advanced spreadsheets at a high level, preferably in the use of formulas and macros.
  • Some experience in the economics, finance department or HR - an advantage
