Position Description
Position Description:

  • Deliver holistic, business-oriented analysis on Asset Productivity
  • Analytical support of Asset Productivity function
  • Capture “compensation of usage” and “CAPEX intensity” concepts to reposition Asset Productivity in commercial decision making

Key Accountabilities:
  • Enhance visibility of operational, commercial and strategic impacts on asset productivity (CAPEX/Sales, Leakage Rate, Cycle Times, Damage/Scrap…)
  • Calculate “compensation for usage” insights that capture the Asset Productivity cost and benefit of strategic, commercial and pricing decisions
  • Consolidate, assess and distribute best practices. Actively propose actions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Deliver analysis to enhance the inclusion of Asset Productivity considerations in the EU commercial finance support toolkit

Qualification & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Accounting or certified accountant (e.g. ACA, CIMA, CPA)
  • 2+ years of Finance experience preferably for complex multinational businesses; understanding of asset pooling dynamics preferred
Skills & Knowledge:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Business acumen with demonstrated strength in solving both structured and unstructured problems
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to enable the effective management of stakeholders
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively to deadlines and without supervision
  • Strong relationship building and influencing skills

Lenguages: 
  • English is a must
  • Other EU languages are desirable
