You will join the TMIC (Territory Management and Incentive) and Reporting team which is part of the EMEA Sales Enablement Organization in Life Science Research Solution Division. You would be located in the Company subsidiary Milano, Italy. You will work in close collaboration with EMEA Sales Management, HR, Finance, Reporting, Payroll, and Process Excellence. You will be responsible for all activities associated with Incentive Compensation Plan development, management, calculation and execution as well as sales reporting. You’ll coordinate quarterly incentive calculations, including territory design, target setting, result measuring, payment approvals, accruals, communication of payment and general reporting. You will act as key contact point for Sales Management for all sales territory and commission related questions (territory changes, account assignments, crediting adjustment) as well as for sales reporting. As you’ll working with highly sensitive data, accuracy, reliability and secrecy are prerequisites for this role.
