This position is based in our Wellington Office, reporting to the Analyst Team Leader, Enrolment & Admissions. Primarily the Enrolment & Admissions Analyst will be responsible for identifying and implementing opportunities for improvements in processes relating to CA ANZ’s admissions and post-admission programmes.
Creating and maintaining standard operating procedures related to our admissions, public practice and specialisation programmes: These are in place for all applications and key processes to ensure assessments are conducted against agreed standards. This includes auditing of key processes to determine level of process adherence within the wider Enrolment & Admissions team.
Implementing new initiatives: CA ANZ is an ambitious and dynamic organisation focused on delivering value to its members. This often results in exciting initiatives that require the expertise of the E&A Analyst Team to successfully deliver.
Managing various monitoring processes related to our flagship Graduate Diploma in Chartered Accounting (GradDipCA)
Supporting the activities of the Membership Committee
Standard Assessments of Academic Qualifications: Analysts may be required to support Advisors during peak periods or to assist with challenging assessments.
User Acceptance Testing: Updates to our technology platforms are tested by Analysts to ensure they are ready for deployment.
Great To have
Project management experience
Experience in business process improvement
A bachelor’s degree or higher and or a recognised certification in project management or business process improvement
Are familiar with the tertiary education sector in Australia or New Zealand
Have experience with education and admissions processes at CA ANZ or other professional body, or have experience within a regulated environment where assessments against technical standards are required
Possess good stakeholder communication skills with a proven ability to communicate with colleagues at multiple levels
Have experience within an existing project management or business process improvement framework with, ideally, a certification in one. Experience within an Agile environment would be an advantage.
A strong track record of integrity and ethical conduct and the ability to act with courage in the best interest of the organization
Can conceptualise solutions and recommend and take appropriate actions to promote change.
