Job Reponsibilities

  • Drive the development of the DKSH Connect and brand.com sites, in close collaboration with IT and business teams
  • Provide and support new market roll outs and features development by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; moni ring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities
  • Create and maintain project schedules by developing project plans and specifications, estimating time and resources, moni ring miles ne completion, tracking all phases of the project life cycle, providing timely reporting of issues that impact project progress, coordinating actions and resolving conflicts
  • Drive go- -market efforts with business teams, in close collaboration with Corporate Communications
  • Lead the platform enhancement projects and ensure successful delivery business requirements
  • Continuous moni ring of site stability / performance and advise business teams on action plan based on insights and analysis
  • Provide general support on DKSH Connect global initiatives
  • Lead and drive cus mer experience initiatives increase cus mer adoption and satisfaction
  • Demonstrated fluency in business processes and process differentiation. Identify and lead process improvement initiatives
  • Ability analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes
  • Meet with project team regularly review project deliverable and deadlines



Job Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, digital marketing or a related field
  • A minimum of 2-3 years working experience in an e-commerce or digital-related company within an Asian context
  • Fluency in English and local Asian language 
  • Excellent communications skill
  • High cus mer service mindset and orientation 
  • Ability work in a fast-moving environment
  • Performs under pressure
  • Effective interface and coordination between country colleagues from different functions, especially in the local business units and IT
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills
