Job Summary:

The Webcasting Analyst is the first point of contact for our webcast clients, working closely with some of the largest international companies. A pivotal aspect of the role is building strong working relationships with Corporate Communications teams & Investor Relations Officers, to ensure a flawless streaming solution to their audience via our market leading Multi-Media platform. In addition to being responsible for overseeing and delivering live events in a high pressure, multi-skill environment across Europe, the Webcasting Analyst works closely with the Business Development Team to maintain and grow the business

Essential Duties:

· Organizing & facilitating client webcasts

· Working closely with the client to build and create branded webcast player

· Responsibility for managing clients Audio/Visual requirements and associated budget

· Booking and management of 3rd party vendors & liaising with suppliers as required

· Identifying and building relationships with high quality partners

· Working closely with the sales teams to maintain and grow business

· Assisting sales and sales support teams with quotations

· Manage the Webcast function to completion including liaising with the finance team for invoice purposes

· Related Duties as Assigned




· Ability to communicate in English

· Experience previously working in a Service / Technical / Helpdesk or customer services orientated environment

· Has previous experience working within an IT support / telecoms /web environment for 6-12 months or has demonstrable experience with Adobe / Design applications / office 365

· Good organizational skills & time management

· Professional and confident telephone manner

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to work effectively and remain calm under pressure

· Good team player with a flexible, positive attitude

· A self-motivated problem-solver

· Communicate effectively and build successful relationships with Customers, vendors and internal teams

· Technically minded and able to learn new technologies quickly

· Committed to quality and customer satisfaction
