Key Responsibilities
- Document requirements
- Provide inputs for business case
- Identify/resolve process gaps
- Support user training
- Assist with test strategy
- Support Super Users
MUST HAVE
- Visual Studio - Visual Basic programming language
- SQLServer database management administrator (backups, recovery/restore, indexing)
- Web Server IIS administration (security certificates, users)
- Windows 11 Server administration (basic to intermediate) / Windows Services / Scheduled Task
- Management and configuration of thermal printers (Honeywell)
- User-level knowledge of Oracle
- Advanced Excel skills (macro development)
- Intermediate-advanced English

- Experience in developing Android apps (Java) is desirable
- Knowledge in version control tools is desirable
- Availability to travel
