We are seeking an experienced candidate to undertake a newly-created role with LAB3’s flagship customer.

The Modern Workplace Analyst operates in a hybrid capacity, providing coverage in both the Service Desk and Onsite Support (Desk Side) space, which form the nucleus of our user-facing support teams in the broader Modern Workplace Team.

The role is based out of the customer’s Melbourne Head Office location and will appeal to candidates who love a challenge and who are proficient in a broad range of technologies.

You will join an existing team of Analysts and Engineers that are also based in Melbourne (with additional remote support in WA), supporting a three-stream enterprise level environment.

You will have the opportunity to be exposed to a broad set of leading technologies whilst working alongside industry experts.

Essential Duties & Role Responsibilities (includes but not limited to)

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Service Desk or Onsite Support role
  • Experience working in an ITIL aligned organisation
  • Excellent hands on working knowledge in managing Desktop operating systems
  • Troubleshooting Windows desktops environments via SCCM
  • Application Compatibility analysis and troubleshooting
  • Troubleshooting integration issues
  • Onsite systems administration, performing proactive and reactive technical support
  • Printer troubleshooting and management
  • Laptop and desktop hardware troubleshooting
  • Video conferencing & telephony Troubleshooting and management
  • Stock management and CMDB inputs

  • Experience supporting Outlook in a Microsoft Exchange environment
  • Experience supporting a variety of WiFi-enabled devices
  • Experience supporting remote users
  • Experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management tool
