About the Role

As the People Analytics Lead, you’ll take charge over a troop of data experts and analysts, ensuring quality team and operational standards, strategizing their career growth paths, and fostering practical solutions in linking talent and business outcomes. Reporting to the Head of Global People Operations, Systems & Analytics, you’ll act as a grand orchestrator between the analytics, HR, IT and business teams, ensuring all aspects of people data and analytics operate harmoniously, and ultimately delivering strategic value at the right time and cost - music to our ears!


What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute a scalable and efficient people analytics vision & strategy that links and measures talent/HR and business priorities and initiatives
  • Facilitate in the promotion of a risk-aware culture for data through efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices across systems
  • Actively generate people trends and insights data analyses through standard reporting dashboards/ scorecards across primary stakeholder groups (C-suite, business leaders, HR leaders, HRBPs)
  • Design a standard framework for operationalizing insights in project management, data governance, modeling, and hypothesis testing
  • Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure evolving the data and analytic needs of various HR, talent, and people leaders are met
  • You are able to authoritatively explain data findings to executives and translate insights and recommendations into the language of the business
  • You regularly counsel and coach a team of data experts and analysts on how to create actionable insights that link talent and business outcomes
  • You build a question-based consultative approach to positioning or selling data-driven solutions

What You Will Need

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in Consulting, Data Analytics, and HR Projects / Operations
  • Experience in managing, mentoring, and supporting a team of direct reports at a senior level
  • Ability to synthesize data to provide digestible analytical insights and data-driven solutions
  • Experience with HR & Analytics cloud-based software is an asset (e.g. Workday, BigQuery)
  • Strong command in written and verbal communication skills in English
About the Team
Our Global People Analytics team, part of People and Culture, currently consists of 4 people based in Jakarta. Working alongside the Global People Systems, Global People Operations, CoEs and People Partner teams, our team is mutually concerned with our employees’ personal and professional development. We oversee corporate talent and organizational transformations within Gojek. Currently, we are working on developing an Analytics Roadmap and a set of People Dashboards & Reports. In other words, we’re the team that works hard but plays hard.
