As a Senior Credit and Data Analytics Manager at Fundation, you will apply your strategic and analytical skills to solve major company challenges. You will team with professionals to develop and test strategies that ultimately impact the bottom line. And you will do it all in a collaborative environment that values your insight, encourages you to take on new responsibility, promotes continuous learning, and rewards innovation.


Your primary duties will be to:

  • Dive into data and become an expert on internal, traditional, and non-traditional data sets. Use creativity and problem-solving acumen to identify trends and drive improvements to our credit and analytical capabilities.
  • Ensure risk and pricing models are soundly developed, accurately tested and continually benchmarked. Identify new insights, including external data sources and non-traditional data, that differentiate loan performance.
  • Enhance account management of the loan book to improve risk adjusted yield. Use traditional and alternate data to detect early risk trends and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Partner across the organization with various teams to drive strategies
  • Develop recommendations to improve returns and grow loan portfolio and present to senior management.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience as an analyst, with experience in risk, credit, or related fields. Experience in loan servicing and originations would be a plus
  • Ability to think creatively and have a passion for solving complex challenges
  • Advanced skill set and experience with analytics tools (Excel, SQL, R, Python etc.). Modeling experience would be a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
  • Enjoy working in a collaborative environment and comfortable with navigating ambiguity
  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering or similar is required. Master degree would be a plus
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
