The Digital Analytics Manager will be responsible for all digital marketing / communication analytics initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing measurement / KPI frameworks, how to implement data layer / tagging and how to visualize the data in dashboards. This is a techno-functional role and involves both business consulting (Digital Marketing and Communications) and technical implementation (digital analytics tools).
Department and campaign performance measurement:
Define and maintain KPI measurement framework based on business requirements
Implement and maintain data layer / campaign tracking using Google Tag Manager
Configure and maintain Google Analytics
Configure and maintain the analytics data management platform in collaboration with IT Architect
Implement and maintain all analytics dashboards in Google Data Studio
Drive Server side tracking implementation
Marketing analytics template support:
Create and maintain industry-standard channel dashboard templates for countries to leverage (ex. web/social/CRM/e-commerce performance dashboards)
Maintain a globally-harmonised list of digital marketing KPIs, for countries to leverage in their campaigns
Continuously review tracking model to identify technical issues and produce one clean, unified tracking model
Digital Marketing analytics training:
Create, maintain and deliver analytics training content/sessions to upskill the digital marketing capabilities of countries, i.e. explain ‘what the data means and how to use it’
Support for special marketing projects:
Business consultancy for various digital analytics initiatives
Bachelor degree or above in Digital / Marketing, Business Analytics or equivalent experience
More than 5 years of progressive experience in Google Tag Manager, Analytics and Data Studio technical configuration / implementation (required)
Technical / functional skills:
Deep functional knowledge in Digital Marketing / Digital Analytics (required)
Understanding of key marketing channels, both paid and unpaid (required)
