Job Title:APAC ATP Support (3-months FTC)

The purpose of this role is to support the Organisation Transformation Project by leading key tasks that enable the successful implementation and embedding of People transformation. This will involve stakeholder management and using specialist skills, including Project Management, Process Design, Operating Model Design, Technology Solutions, Data & People Analytics and Creatives.
The role will be the primary source of people data for the program and drives the required Workday changes associated with organisation transformation across APAC. The role would support the APAC People workstream transformation lead in all aspect of the project (including and not limited to the integration across all iERP requirements from a people data perspective.)
This is 3 months FTC role
Facilitates working sessions to co-design successful change and improvement solutions, bringing together key stakeholders from across HR and the business
Assists in embedding changes to business-as-usual processes and systems, maintaining documentation and key performance indicators to drive effectiveness and efficiency
Advises stakeholders on key solutions and best practice in your area of subject matter expertise (including operating model, organisation design, HR technology, change management, project management) to ensure successful delivery of HR and people related improvements
Engages and consults with market HR leaders and market people workstream transformation lead to discuss business requirements as well as any changes to organization design and support across People Services, ensuring these are reflected in the required HR systems and processes
A specialist in using and manipulating data to support a business objective and outcome
Act as a guardian of people data ensuring access and information is only shared where and when appropriate
Builds collaborative working relationships with team members and other stakeholders in HR and the business to support Organization transformation and continuous improvement
3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, organizational transformation, or HR consulting
Prior experience in HRIS projects as business analyst or data lead as well as experience in managing HR Operations and analytics would be advantageous.
HRIS Change Request Management experience required
Workday HRIS System exposure, preferred
A Confident self-starter, who has good judgement and is a forward thinker
Agile collaborator comfortable in highly dynamic environments and high-growth businesses
Effective communication and facilitation skills
Excellent influencer who has a clear sense of key stakeholders and can create a compelling case based on analysis/ fact base and can adjustable their personal approach to influence change in the business.
Collaborative, customer-focused and able to create visible value
Ability to build effective relationships in a matrixed global organization
Advance Excel skill set to reconcile various data sources and spreadsheet
Cross Cultural agility - Ability to influence and work with stakeholder across different cultures in APAC
Familiarity with redundancy/pay calculations and employee master data management -regional experience
