APAC Pricing Manager is responsible for developing and managing the Pricing strategy by creating policy and guidelines on Spare parts Business of APAC Markets among Commercial Vehicle, Agriculture and Construction Sectors.

The Pricing manager will lead, monitor, and coordinate a central pricing team of 8 Pricing Specialist in support of all pricing decisions including new prices, policy changes or exceptions based on market's needs.


  • Create and maintain the implementation of APAC Pricing Policy

  • Lead and direct pricing strategy formulation and take necessary pricing actions to enhance profitability, ensuring integrity and accuracy in all pricing matters.

  • With Marketing & Sales, create pricing strategies to drive incremental revenue growth and margin.

  • Lead harmonization, standardization, optimization of process & reduce complexity on Price list and Commercial Terms and condition.

  • Develop Competition Based pricing strategy on the Markets using competitive analysis and benchmark prices.

  • Measure effectiveness of existing pricing strategies, make recommendations to Product Marketing, Sales and Finance teams.

  • Identify and implement projects as it relates to continuous process improvement

  • Responsible for monthly Measurement and reporting of  Price, Volume, FX and price realization impacts in coordination with APAC Business Controller and APAC Parts Marketing Manager


  • Degree in Engineering, Marketing,Statistics, Economics or related field.

  • At least 5 years of pricing or business analysis experience preferred.

  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

  • Willingness to work unsociable hours as necessary, travelling into the assigned teams

  • Experience with complex financial and pricing systems..

  • Demonstrate analytical skills

  • Automotive or manufacturing experience preferred.

  • Multi cultural team management experience preferred
