The Solutions Consulting team supports our customers throughout the entire lifecycle of their relationship with Verint, from the early prospecting stages, through the Pre-Sales stages, then onwards into the delivery, implementation and ongoing value realization stages. The goal of our team is to assist customers to see and realize the value in Verint solutions to make them advocates of our team, our company and our solutions and services.
The Application Consultant plays a pivotal role in the delivery of this vision by sharing their expertise in Workforce Optimization and Customer Engagement solutions, utilizing defined application methodologies to provides specialist, expert advice including (but not limited to) solution demonstration and presentation, training and instruction, business discovery, application user design and configuration, analysis and operational assessment.
The role also acts as an internal Subject Matter Expert for the specified Verint products and will support other internal teams with business based understanding of the solutions.
The role's key responsibilities include the delivery of defined consulting and training engagements, assessing customer’s business needs and translating them into a Verint solution set that addresses their requirements, and presentation of Verint Solutions and Services in a Pre-Sales context to key stakeholders, often senior business leaders ranging from Operational Management to C-Level. Key performance areas:
Consulting & Training Delivery and Preparation
+ On-site, remote or classroom-based delivery of Verint Product training modules to Customers in line with Verint delivery standards
+ The execution of all relevant, defined consultancy offerings to Verint Customers including, but not limited to
+ Customer Instruction
+ Review and Assessment of Customer Application Utilization
+ Collection, Analysis and Reporting of customer data
+ Provision of remote managed services on behalf of the customer
+ Recommendations on system governance, change management, process, benefits realization and configuration
+ Assist in the management and maintenance of training and consulting documentation as required
+ Participate in the identification and development of opportunities for additional consultancy service offerings
+ Provision of on-site and remote user support for Verint Systems
+ Provide support to the Project Managers on consulting and training through Project Delivery phases.
+ Escalate all known issues with training and consulting delivery to the Consultancy Services Manager in a timely fashion
Pre-Sales Solutions Consulting
+ Provide solution subject matter expertise support to Verint events
+ Collaborate with Technical Solution Architects, Professional Services Leads and Quote Desk Consultants to assist with the construction of commercial offers to customers and partners
+ Preparation and delivery of Solution Sales-focused presentations in a variety of environments and to a range of attendees including meeting rooms, demonstration booths and auditoriums
+ Provision of subject matter expertise to Sales and Business Development colleagues to assist in their efforts to successfully win business for software license, consultancy and technology implementation professional services, and managed services opportunities
Business Support
+ Act as Subject Matter Expert to internal stakeholders on the business utilization of the Verint Product Set and its business context including supporting Helpdesk/Software Engineers, Project Managers, Pre-Sales, Sales Team as directed
+ Resolve or refer user based questions for Verint customers during project engagements and from the Verint ANZ helpdesk
+ Provide feedback and recommendation on product functionality to appropriate stakeholders
+ Represent Verint at internal and external functions as a Subject Matter Expert as required
+ Complete internal administrative tasks ensuring accuracy, timely delivery and adherence to Verint Corporate Policy including inputting timesheets and expense reimbursements, travel booking.
+ Complete additional internal business activities as directed by the Consultancy Services Manager
+ Identify opportunities for cost minimization in all activities
