This position is responsible for technical support of products in Life Science applications.
Primarily this includes Product testing support and reporting in Applications Development Lab or Product Development, and customer visiting for major field evaluations.
This position is responsible for Applications Development Lab maintenance related with above Applications.
Also the position includes Analytical Capabilities build-up and Design of Experiment Capabilities build-up for Life Science Applications.
Analysis and Report for New Product Development and application analysis is also included.
This position will ensure that the activities provide high levels of customer satisfactions by working with Product R&D & Management.
Maintain Equipment and Facility in Applications Development Lab to carry out test on New Product Development and application analysis, this includes writing Evaluation Report to Product/R&D Management and Application Analysis Report on Returned Product.
Provide on-site second level assistance for Product trouble shooting at customer facilities for Life Science Application, this includes understanding, solving, and communicating results of customer complaints.
Develop knowledge of Life Science Products and their applications. This includes Technical Seminar at customer facilities and frond-end support of products as to penetrate new market and achieve market in support of the strategy and key success.
Provide support to the Sales Organization by identifying key parameters for proper operation of Life Science products at customer facilities.
Attend outside technical conferences, bring update Industry and Technology Tend and knowledge to BU and Product R&D & Management
Provide proactive support to New Business Development by sharing the knowledge of technology and Industry trend in Life Science Market
Identify and feedback new Product ideas.
Support Marketing team for Seminar, Conference, Forum and Symposium
Preferred M.S. Degree, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering/Science, Bioengineering or Pharmaceutical Engineering
At least 3 years of Experience in Laboratory, Life Science Process Engineering
Understanding of Technology Trend, Industry and Applications of Life Science.
Proven communication including English as Second Language, interpersonal skills, PC skills including Microsoft Office
Communication skills for both internally and externally with a multi-cultural audience
Mathematical skills to interpret data and perform mathematical and statistical analysis
