Job Responsibilities

General responsibilities:
  • Responsible manage Demo lab with the supervision of senior application specialist / application manager
  • Assists salesperson for technical discussion regarding product and its application, including demo and sample test
  • Perform training cus mer as a part of equipment sales or as paid training service
Leadership responsibilities:
Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of product technical service and DKSH behavior as part of continuous learning

Job Requirements

Functional skills and knowledge:
Good knowledge on equipment application in industry / research
Has experience in all or some of this equipment(s) will be a good added value : particle sizing, FTIR, ICP, AAS
Education:
Minimum education in degree level in the field of natural science or engineering
Diploma (D3) or vocational high school (SMK) will be considered based on experience
Work experience:
Minimum 2 years' experience in similar role / labora ry works
