As a Technical Application Manager, you keep an eye on the big picture of the process landscape, from service definition, through service transition (change request management, release planning and implementation) to service level management / reporting: With your expertise, you fulfill a wide range of activities over the entire service lifecycle and ensure that the services for which you are responsible are operated and developed efficiently in line with customer requirements.
You take responsibility and are the contact person for our international corporate clients. You discuss the strategic development of the services, coordinate change requirements and report relevant KPIs for our customers.
Thanks to your technical expertise, you can provide your customers with competent advice on the solutions you support, together with other technical experts. This ranges from topics such as ensuring compliance, e.g. regarding DSGVO and IT security, to advice on suitable technical implementation. Your focus will be on infrastructure, service integration and web technologies.
You have completed a degree in (business) informatics or a comparable education
You have several years of professional experience in process and project management, ideally in a corporate environment
You have gained experience in an international working environment and have a good understanding of the requirements from the different areas within a complex IT organization.
You are strong in presentation and moderation, distinguish yourself by high customer orientation, your convincing appearance , and a distinct consulting competence.
You have a sound knowledge of ITIL, ISO-27001, and know-how of IT infrastructure, application architectures, service models, and you like to dive deeper into technical topics
You have detailed knowledge of Windows and Linux server operations, Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, and database administration
Your k nowledge of the Intellectual Property sector is a big plus
Ideally, y ou have experience in project management , as well as in leading international projects , and are familiar with DevOps or agile methodologies such as SCRUM and Kanban.
V ery good written and spoken German and English skills are mandatory
You are willing to work from home with occasional meetings in local collaboration offices
You are happy to travel to customer locations from time to time , with a focus on Europe
