Hiring for L1 application support engineer (Mainly internet/web application) to join a well-established software company:
- Salary package up to $4,000 + AWS + VB (approx. 2-3 months bonus)
- 12-hours shift arrangement with 3-2-2-3 working pattern (working from home during night shift) - no need standby after working hours

Responsibilities:
- Work on 24/7 shift providing level 1 web-based application support.
- Maintain a knowledge base of known defects, issues, process, techniques
- Train users on applications and help them to resolve application issues
- Update & manage tickets raised appropriately via company ticketing system
- Conduct & support client application testing, then collect & summarize test result
Requirements:
- Min diploma in Computer science or any relevant discipline
- Experience in supporting web-based application
- Familiar with IT Service Management (ITSM) activities (handling incidents, log tickets, escalation, etc)
