About the Role:

You will be joining a team of experienced chefs who will work closely with you across the Doltone House commercial kitchens. You must be committed to completing a three year apprenticeship, averaging 38 hours per week Monday to Sunday.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Using basic food preparation equipment
  • Preparing a variety of dishes to Doltone House standards
  • Responsible for applying hygienic practices
  • Accepting and following direction provided by senior chef’s
  • Work effectively and efficiently in a team environment

Requirements:

  • You must be enrolled in or willing to enroll in a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (Course Code: SIT30816)
  • You must be an Australian Citizen
