We are hiring a Subscriptions Architect in a newly created position, which will report to the Application Solutions Director. The Subscriptions Architect will focus on architecting the subscription platform for subscription billing, renewals management, return management, compliant revenue treatment as well as retaining the flexibility of moving across multiple subscription plans with tiered pricing etc. This role will also work closely with IT Project Teams (IT Value Squads) and also with Support/Development teams on all strategic and tactical initiatives relating to Subscriptions and Services.

In this role you will:
Develop & execute IT Service and Subscription Delivery vision, strategy and objectives: set the vision, strategy and performance objectives for the end-to-end process, develop and implement systems and process initiatives to get subscription services up and running as a sustainable model.
Provide good business process and platform knowledge on Subscriptions and Services billing systems/applications and system configuration knowledge and good analytical skills to ensure IT has the right tools to be successful, be able to interact with the Business Users and Support and guide them in Business Processes.
Take responsibility for the customer journey, starting with on-boarding for Subscription offerings and working cross-functionally to drive seamless user experience of Logitech Subscription services.
Build relationships with all Logitech IT and business cross functional teams to ensure that IT-delivered services / subscriptions are understood and supported cross functionally.
Drive internal service/ subscription review meetings covering performance, subscription improvements, quality and processes
Drive continuous optimization of our support systems, workflows, and tools enabling operations at scale and effortless user experience
Develop working relationship with 3rd Party Vendors (for various POCs) based on immediate/future needs of the Logitech Business and evaluate existing architecture against long term goals, advise senior business and IT management to improve efficiency
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviours to our team:
Prior experience on architecture/design of industry best subscription billing platforms.
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, leadership skills.
Have worked on at least 5 full cycle project implementations [Agile and Waterfall] including subscriptions and services billing platforms requirements and solutions interfacing with both internal and external applications.
Have worked on subscription and services billing revenue models including revenue recognition, revenue deferral, ASC 606 revenue account policies, revenue cancellations and refunds pertaining to subscriptions and services.
A keen eye for reviewing and assessing corporate goals, strategies and assets along with everyday processes & procedures and compare those to available information technology resources
Experience of managing system architecture (both on-premise and cloud) and technology integration of Enterprise IT Applications
Collaborate with Enterprise IT business process teams and Development teams to provide holistic solution design and suggestions to integrate the technology or develop features into the Enterprise Applications and provide consulting advice for Business processes/applications
Experience in proof of concepts to assist in defining technology direction and enabling business strategy that will increase our sustainability and prepare us for future expansion/growth
Reasonable understanding on Integration & API architecture as well as Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Enterprise application integration
Ability to assess various compliance methods, adhere to auditing protocols, security architecture of application being designed, assess risks or vulnerabilities or discrepancies
Exposure to the system landscape consisting of integrated Oracle ERP, Sales Force, Snowflake, Outsystems, JIRA & complimentary supporting applications is essential (both in B2B and B2C domains).
Strong experience on Business Analyst / Architectural skills especially on the Transformation activities viz Finance Transformation, Supply Chain Transformation and Digital Transformation etc.
8 to 10 years of experience in Subscription and Services billing applications’ architecture.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or Business Management.
Certification in IT Architecture/Service Framework or ITIL would be a plus.
Certification in Project Management would be a plus.
Fluency in English
