The Business line is clear market leader in Infotainment and Radar semiconductors and has a strong contribution to NXP profitability. In the past years, we have entered highly innovative and growing segment of driver assistance systems with innovations in Vehicle-to-anything communication and radar sensors. The Business Line comprises of three product lines: Infotainment, Advanced Driver Assistance systems and Personal Health.
Within Business Line (BL) Radio Frequency Processors (RFP), we are looking for an experienced AMS-SOC Design for Test Architect to join our Design-for-test (Dft) team. The BL RFP is leading in mixed signal RF processors for car infotainment, Personal Health and radar applications. Bl RFP uses in state-of-the art solutions and designs in advanced RF-CMOS technologies. The primary responsibility of the AMS-DfT-Architect is to organize and implement a proper DfT Architecture in the design. He/she defines the test architecture across IC architecture, DfT, Design and Test & Product engineering disciplines, balancing cost and product quality. His/her focus is on complex AMS-SOC projects. The DfT-Architect is the technical lead of the DfT-implementation team and advises analog and digital IP designers and software engineers
