  • Responsible for the design, architecture and drive implementation/integration of ServiceNow Product & Integration with other systems
  • Responsible for the overall architecture, design and integrity of the ServiceNow application within the enterprise.
  • Provide architectural and big picture oversight for ServiceNow Product , development Guidelines and implementation projects.
  • Works with respective Business Owners & Product Owners to understand business processes and requirements and provides consultancy and technical solutions related to the ServiceNow platform.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the solution delivered to business units are engineered in accordance with corporate architecture and infrastructure standards
  • Create and maintain the current state of the ServiceNow platform architecture documentation and provide the architectural control.
  • Review requirements and develop technical design documents.
  • Translate technical complexities to project stakeholders and make sure they understand the effects of the design decisions on the areas of ServiceNow Platform.
  • Lead ServiceNow upgrades planning and execution.
  • Participate in the configuration of new applications or suites during planning, development, and rollout phases.
  • Contribute to the strategic development of new platform customizations, as needed, based on customer needs.
  • Leads the Platform Support Team in implementation of technical good practices, policies and procedures & ServiceNow coding standards.
  • Aligns ServiceNow platform capabilities to business strategy and ServiceNow roadmap
  • Maintain an awareness and understanding of technological advances; provide continuous research and assessment of new resources and technology available for ServiceNow platform, e.g., literature review, participation in vendor supplied training and conferences, new and existing product evaluation.
  • Experience in designing and implementing complex, multi-tier, multi-tenant, end-to-end solutions in a high availability environment.
  • Proven success on projects with large-scale deployments; understanding of application life-cycle management.
  • Experience in emerging Cloud technologies and vendor landscape with ability to balance cost against benefits
  • Ability to develop high level design documents addressing the business, infrastructure, security, support and operational needs of a solution
  • Good knowledge of multi data center deployment solutions with disaster recovery procedures and high availability

  • 8+ years of total industry experience with 2+ years working with the ServiceNow platform in an Technical Architect capacity and enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment
  • Proven experience as a Enterprise Technical Architect in a larger & complex infrastructure environment
  • Hands-on experience with software development and system administration
  • Understanding of strategic IT solutions
  • Experience service-oriented architecture (SOA)
  • Familiarity with various operating systems (e.g. Windows, UNIX) and databases (e.g. MySQL)
  • Experience in cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure)
  • Understanding of Service Management processes
  • Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow components including as Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge, Release Management, etc
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features
  • Experience creating ServiceNow update sets, promoting and testing through multiple instances and into production
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Scripting/Coding Experience a plus
  • Familiarity with Service Oriented architecture and web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, REST) a plus
  • Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Capable of dealing with and managing conflict
  • Able to work effectively in an environment with many competing and high priority demands
