Job Responsibilities
Reduction in Fiber Faults, Ring CollapseKPI: a) Reduction in Fiber
Faults (Cut, Break, Low Rx, Error and Span Loss) b) Ring
collapsec) Improvement in MTTR and SLA % for fiber Fault.
Zero Incremental in OH network, Monthly Preventive operation
plan.Audits, ABD submissionsKPI: a) Monthly Audit on Civil activities &
Liasioning with respective stakeholdersb) Fiber Asset recovery,
ABD Submission and OH maintenance tracker Update in GIS.
Opex Cost Reduction, IRU fiber route fault rate reductionKPI: a)
Reduction in Opex Cost per KM b) IRU Fiber route Fault Rate
reduction by a strong collabration with IRU Partner.
What specific skills and traits should this person possess?
Should have worked in fiber and ISP operations preferably having a team management experience
Should have hands on experience on different aspects of fiber operations in depth undertsanding of quality parameters of fiber deployment as well. Preferably should be well versed with Bharti transport network and topology
