Job Responsibilities(JR) : 6 8 Areas Actionable (4-6) Sourcing files through banks internal and external channels To mentor and guide and jointly participate with his team of sales managers & HBLs in below activities Sourcing of files through banks internal and external channels Along with SM, jointly meet and assist the customer in login to disbursal formalities To liase with customer, operations, credit, cpu to ensure smooth disbursal of the case Assist channel in case sourcing by arranging for training at channels on lead sourcing quality, give feedback on leads generated so as to ensure quality of lead generation improves and overall LG to LC ratio improves Ensure calling on leads received from channels, references received from existing customers.
Wherever required, personally meet up with customers - especially HNW customers.
Minimum 10 customers to be met personally and customer interaction to be updated in CRM next per month.
Initiate for activities for lead generation Cross Sell - CASA/ Insurance / Assets Cross selling of assets, casa and insurance through existing customer references and cold calling for external customer Coordination with Insurance partners for customer queries - Ensure customer is briefed on the policy details to avoid mis sell and miscommunication.
Channel Management - Branches Meeting YTD Targets / RM Activation / DSA Logins Meet clusterheads , do joint calls / customer meeting on identified opportunity bases, Conduct product trainings for reportees, update on rate revisions, product offers etc.
Update the branch heirarchy (Branch Head, Cluster Head, Circle Head, Zonal Head) on Branch & RM activation.
For DSA channel: Ensure continuous channel engagement, training, update on product features and offers to improve file sourcing.
Sales productivity Ensure 100% of his reportee meets productivity benchmarks - to mentor, guide and drive the team towards achievement of banks key objectives.
Portfolio management Ensure quality of portfolio is improved existing as well as incremental, PSL contribution in line with RBI guidelines to be focused upon.
Mortgages Sales back ground, Banking Product & Process Knowledge, Network of open market agents - DSA, Competitor information, Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in financial Industry, Retail Sales, Networking skills, Team Management and leadership skills , Sales and Influencing Skills, good communication skills
