ARTWORK COORDINATOR

We are currently looking for an Artwork Coordinator who will be responsible for managing all aspects of licensed sports art submissions and approvals. Your primary duties will include submitting artwork to various league portal systems, tracking the status of approvals, handling change requests, and managing denials. You will also oversee the creation and maintenance of catalogs and sales materials, working closely with outsourced graphic design teams to produce necessary assets.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Artwork Management:
- Submit artwork to each league’s portal system.
- Track and manage approvals, change requests, and denials from the league.
- Utilize and manage outsourced graphic design teams for asset creation.
- Catalog and Sales Material Creation:
- Create and manage all catalogs and sales materials.
- Develop trend collections 7-12 months in advance of the sales cycle.
- System and Calendar Management:
- Build systems and calendars around league sales cycles, pre-book dates, and hot market opportunities.
- Guidance and Coordination:
- Guide graphic designers to complete each theme across all teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of all assets required to sell and produce products.
- Art Asset Management:
- Manage the creation of all art assets from concept to consumer.
- Create tech packs for products and art production templates (Illustrator files).
- Produce web-ready images from .ai files on a blank photo template.
- Create mockups for sales materials.
- Manage and create packaging design elements for retail and e-commerce packaging.
- Ensure each production print file is color-corrected for the factory producing the product.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to submit and manage all art in artwork portals.
- Proven experience with sublimation printing processes.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing artwork for another company, preferably a company with licensed artwork.
- Proficient English skills, but strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
- Previous experience in custom sports accessories.
