Asset Management Analyst*

Currently CBRE Global Investors Germany, based in Frankfurt/Main, is growing their business within the German real estate market. Therefore, we are looking for an Asset Management Analyst*, who likes to start respectively to continue his/ her career within the Asset Management team, Germany.
The Asset Management Analyst* provides broad tactical and operational support to a team of asset management professionals and assists with the asset management team's ongoing performance of multi-use properties.

WHAT KIND OF ASSIGNMENTS CAN YOU EXPECT?
- Assist in all asset management activities relating to CBRE Global Investors real estate investments in Germany including co-ordination of property management, leasing, reporting, capex management as well as refurbishments
- Assist in co-ordination of and interact with service providers such as property managers, leasing agents, appraisers, insurance companies as well as other third parties etc.
- Oversee and maintain the internal database and the required documentation in respect to real estate properties
- Analyze property related data as well as performance figures of real estate investments
- Identify and resolve any control issues relating to real estate investments
- Assist in the preparation of annual budget for funds including review of final products
- Prepare and review cash flow, profitability and return on investment analyses
- Assist with production of investor presentations and decision memos, based on the property analysis
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly reports for funds including review of final products
- Coordinate with the investor relations team regarding responses to client questions and requests.

JOB REQUIREMENTS.
- Bachelor or master’s degree in a real estate business related field
- Experience in international working environment (internship, or trainee program abroad)
- Good analytical and quantitative skills
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor
- Ability to learn and operate industry specific databases and softwares
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task, work in cross-functional teams, perform under short time frames, perform efficient resource planning, establish and maintain internal and external professional relationships and prioritize workload
- Self-confidence, high level of commitment, team spirit and flexibility
- Advanced skills in Microsoft office suite and Internet navigational skills
- Fluent level (written and spoken) in German and English
