Our Property Department is committed to provide integrated, customer-centric, sustainable and cost effective asset management, development management, project management and facilities management services to the key Business Units in the Club.

The Job

You will:

  • handle all matters relating to estate management issues of off-course betting branches, attend incorporated owners’ meetings (occasionally held in the evenings), liaise with external parties such as property management agents, owners’ committees, landlords, and/or tenants, occupants; and various internal departments including business units, property facilities management, project management, legal and finance teams, etc.
  • assist Asset Manager in property leasing and tenancy administration matters.
  • collate property market information and conduct property research and analysis to facilitate the formulation of business plan and strategies.
  • scrutinise deed of mutual covenants; review lease/licence agreements; service contracts, tender analysis for renovation works.
  • handle customer enquiries, coordinate meetings, prepare meeting notes; participate in the owners’ committee, if necessary.
About You

You should have:

  • a degree in Estate Management/ Surveying/ Building or equivalent disciplines. Membership with relevant professional institutions and/or holder of valid Estate Agent’s License is an advantage.
  • at least 7 years’ solid experience in property management field.
  • conversant with Building Management Ordinance, Landlord and Tenant (Consolidation) Ordinance, DMC, tenancy agreement, etc.
  • confidence in dealing with the incorporated owners, property management companies, etc. Hands-on experience in the formation of incorporated owners and tendering process for procurement of consultants/contractors would be a distinct advantage.
  • good team work, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, and attention to details.
  • proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing.
  • good language proficiency; able to write effective emails and letters in English and Chinese; competency in spoken Mandarin is an attribute.
  • Willingness to perform duties outside normal working hours occasionally.
Terms of Employment

The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate. Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
