Main Areas of responsibility: His/her primary responsibility is to drive Insurance Sales through agents hired.
Purpose of Role: Recruit Agents and Source Business for the Company
Primary Responsibility is to recruit agents as per plan
Activate agents on a monthly basis as per given plan.
Ensure Active Advisor productivity is maintained as per the plan.
Generate Revenue and Acquire New Customers.
Ensure 2 Joint Calls are made on a daily basis.
Review with Reporting Manager on a Weekly Basis.
Conduct Meetings with reporting Agents on an ongoing basis
Good Communication Skills
Strong Customer Orientation
Must have Sales experience
Must have own Conveyance
Graduate are preferred
