• Collaboration and execution of a 360 communication plan for Corporate Citizenship, based on the priorities of the department, and in collaboration with all executives of the PR & Corp Comms team, taking into consideration all targets: Influencers, journalists; Industry & Stakeholders; Employees; Trade.
• Approval and monitoring of communication plans specially designed for priority projects, and executed by press agencies.
o Focus on Healthy Living.
o Focus on Responsible Marketing.
o Focus on Diversity & Inclusion.
• Work in collaboration with each In-Home, Out-of-Home and Retail account executive on the integrated communication plan for priority properties and service for the execution of the commitments included in it. Incorporation of key messages from Corp. Citiz. in those plans.
• Approval of newsletters, tweet campaign, newsletters, and interviews.
• Support in various communication opportunities, such as: interviews, press conferences, coverage of live events; phoners, etc.
• Support and coordination of the presence of our executives in specialized events (presence based on the focal points of the area), and contact and accompaniment of journalists in this context.
• Support in the evaluation of proposals for participation in awards and the corresponding approval process.
• Synergy of brands and a message consists of Corp. Citiz terms. that crosses all the Company's products, whether they come from Disney or National Geographic.
• Contacts and pitchs of media and influencers, follow-up and execution in coordination with Media Relations, when necessary.
