    The  B ig Fish Restaurant Group  is a privately-held, professionally-managed, and highly successful school of restaurants that grew out of the success of the original Big Fish Grill in Rehoboth Beach Delaware. The  Big Fish Restaurant Group  now consists of Big Fish Grill Rehoboth, Big Fish Market, Big Fish Grill on the Riverfront, Big Fish Grill Glen Mills, Big Fish Grill Ocean View, Big Fish Wholesale, Summer House, Salt Air Restaurant, Crab House,Trolley Square Oyster House, Stingray, Mikimoto's, Washington Street Ale House, Harvest House and Nick's Fish House. Offering only the freshest seafood and other fine fare, each one of our establishments has gained the praise of critics and guests alike.
    The Big Fish Restaurant Group has been a favorite of those local to Delaware and visiting for over 20 years. We are seeking new team members just as ecstatic and driven as we all are! Since 1997 when brothers Eric and Norman Sugrue started BFRG with the original Big Fish Grill in Rehoboth Beach, we have expanded north to Wilmington and across the line to Pennsylvania and Maryland with a total of 14 locations. We are proud to serve up delicious bites from both the land and sea throughout the 302, and we value team members who love amazing food, tasty beverages and making others smile just as much as we do!     The Assistant General Manager assists the General Manager in the management of the operations, management team and staff, including the execution of all policies, procedures, programs and systems in a fun and upbeat team atmosphere. The Assistant General Manager is a confident decision-maker, highly practiced in employee management, business and financial management, is a true motivator and possesses excellent communication skills. The ideal Assistant General Manager has had experience in a supervisory capacity, a willingness to accept accountability for restaurant operations, and a strong desire to exceed the expectations of our guests. 
    The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager and our business by sharing the same commitment to achieve our goals and provide the best in food and service.
