Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Formulate recruitment campaigns and retention policies to cater for the talent needs of the Company
  • Create and drive recruitment programs in collaboration with HRBP and assist in sourcing candidates to ensure suitable employees are employed to meet the planned manpower requirement
  • Build an effective employer brand to attract talents via direct and indirect recruitment channels
  • Keep track the recruitment KPI to meet the expectation of internal client and performance pledge
  • Assist on market data research to keep abreast of market intelligence to ensure company competitiveness
  • Prepare the manpower planning exercise and monitor the headcount budget
  • Assist in enhancing staff relations and communication channels through face-to-face dialogue & counselling sessions; and represents the company in industrial relation matters. E.g. labor tribunal case and small claims, etc.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating the Company recreational activities as and when applicable
  • Provides more efficient on site employee services, e.g. addressing enquiries on HR matters, etc.
  • Prepare a variety of management reports, analysis and statistics for management’s reference
  • Review and streamline the working procedures within the department or across the departments, especially on recruitment processes and activities
  • Plan and implement HR initiatives and major projects when required
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, preferably in Human Resources Management, Psychology or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years’ relevant HR working experience, preferably with prior working experience in private hospital or healthcare industry
  • Well conversant in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other Hong Kong related legislation
  • Excellent multi-task skills, able to work with tight deadlines
  • Independent, strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded and motivation to learn
  • Strong in customer oriented acumen
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
