Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of quality retail properties and lease marketing of new projects and renovated shopping mall. He/ She will assist the senior manager to lead the leasing team to work on new letting, renewals, direct marketing, market research, budget preparation and tenancy administration for shopping malls and retail properties. Further duties include managing day-to-day business operations and strategic planning of trade-mix, co-ordination of takeover and handover of premises, management of fitting-out works and renovation works, co-ordination with related parties on property management, monitoring of rates administration and ad hoc duties. The incumbent will also explore new clients through business connections and marketing events.

Requirements

  • University degree or related professional qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, leasing, liaison with tenants and prospects as well as tenancy administration
  • Good understanding of retail leasing practice such as trade-mix and mall positioning with adequate retail-market sense
  • Experience with property developers or international real estate agency firms
  • Proactive, customer oriented and good networking with retailers and restaurant operators
  • Experience in pre-opening program planning, leasing and promotion will be an advantage
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
  • Knowledge of relevant statutory requirements, regulations and licensing requirements

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and management of CRM strategy and loyalty plan to optimize member engagement and acquisition. He/ She has to manage the overall loyalty platform including CRM system development and operation, loyalty strategy from planning, segmentation, analysis to executions and evaluations. He/ She will need to work closely with external vendors,  different business units and Technology team while internally has to conduct regular business and member base analysis and reports to understand insights and propose with recommendation to achieve group's KPI.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Statistics or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in CRM, loyalty, marketing or database management
  • Strong data sense with strategic mindset
  • Good people skills, customer-centric and good business acumen
  • Can-do attitude with the ability to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint and familiar with CRM applications
  • Excellent spoken and written communication in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
