Assist goals, objectives and strategies setting for the department and its business development.
Assist Senior Manager to supervise and coach executive and associate level staff
Create streamlined workflow process to ensure excellent quality of services is performed
Work with HR on recruitment activities, performance review and employee relations matters.
Work with management team to ensure efficient and effective cooperation across different divisions.
Ensure external clients become and remain comply with local and global regulations related to foreign investment company establishment process, liquidation process, company statutory administration process, circular and annual report administration process, obtain business license process, and work passes administration process.
as required, liase with statutory bodies and other third party business partners
Analyze external client demands, translate into solutions, and maintain relationships with clients’ management (i.e. decision makers).
Analyze Market and develop new business opportunities in line with company objectives.
Monitor and control the completion of productivity log and billing in the department.
Minimum Bachelor of Law
Minimum 7-9 years in job related experience with minimum 2 years requirement in supervising team
Have excellent corporate secretarial experience
Have excellent working experience in consulting firm or service oriented company
Have excellent understanding of local regulations related to foreign investment, liquidation, work passes, company statutory, and circular and annual report
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Program
Detail oriented and very well organized
Have excellent analytical thinking and problem solving skill
Have excellent leadership skill
Able to work under pressure and under minimum supervision
Able to communicate in English & Bahasa (Both Spoken & Written)
