Your Profile

  1. Create and implement concepts, guidelines, and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion.
  2. Manage, direct, and motivate team members to help them use their talents effectively
  3. Train and guide subordinates into accomplished professionals.
  4. Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future creative briefs and partnerships with the editorial and business teams.
  5. Deliverables include original conceptual artwork, design mockups, and production of visual assets.
  6. All design at BookMyShow is considered very closely by many teams. You will need to have experience working in a fast-paced, iterative process and be able to professionally accept art direction and feedback.
  7. Work with Marketing, Business development teams in creating stellar designs and illustrations that represent the brand BookMyShow.
  8. Maintain quality check for all artworks and layouts taken live on the website and app for all departments.

Your Checklist

  1. Have need to have a successful background of 8-12 years of experience in graphic design and art direction for the web and mobile, particularly for the marketing of major brands.
  2. BA or BFA in Graphic Design or other related design discipline preferred or a killer portfolio.
  3. Possess a deep understanding of typography, graphics, simplicity, and whitespace for print & web-based applications.
  4. Expert-level photo retouching and compositing skills.
  5. A keen awareness of visual trends associated with the entertainment industry.
  6. Deep knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator. Additional design software proficiencies are a plus.
  7. Extraordinary graphic design skills.
  8. Excellent communication; both written and verbal. BA or BFA in Graphic Design or other related design discipline preferred or a killer portfolio.
