Role Title: Assistant Manager BPI

Reporting to: Associate Vice President - BPI

Location: Jaipur, India

Role Purpose: This role will be responsible for creating a process improvement pipeline and leading projects aimed at improving efficiency and quality - contributing to the organizational goal of Growth. The resource will also take on the role of being the bridge between ops and PEM, identifying JUMBO improvement/automation options, and coordinating with PEM in getting them implemented - contributing to the organizational goal of Automation

Eligibility Criteria/Skills –

  1. Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (Mandate)
  2. Minimum 5 years’ experience leading/driving Black/Green Belt projects
  3. Ability to think beyond conventional thinking and result oriented

Job Responsibilities

  1. Embed and build continuous improvement DNA within organization. Conduct in house yellow/green belt trainings.
  2. Idea generation for Product/Process/Quality/SLA improvement and prioritization.
  3. Lead process improvement projects that support strategic imperatives through the use of Six Sigma methodology.
  4. Responsible to deliver on the project/ program goals while closely working with the on/off shore teams.
  5. Accountable for the successful execution of the project. Accountability includes driving the project through various phases.
  6. Set up a robust governance mechanism to ensure that the review and progress happen as scheduled.
  7. Design methodologies those are process driven, result oriented and help business achieve results.
  8. Help generating insights on multiple data points identifying scope of improvement within Operations
  9. Tracking and governance of change management (Feature/Product).
  10. Data driven quantification of initiative impact (pre/post).
  11. Prepare BPI dashboard and support team with reporting/analysis/insights.
  12. Lead Process Improvement Initiatives and activities, as and when required.
