The BV33 Assistant Manager will work at our West Linn location. This position will demonstrate a commitment to upholding standards for excellence in food quality, guest experience and staff development.  This position will assist the Restaurant Lead with overall restaurant operations.  This position is proficient and capable of performing any function in the restaurant.  They are responsible for the restaurant when Restaurant Lead is unavailable. This position will work collaboratively in a team environment.

Requires availability during all restaurant operating hours as well as availability two (2) hours prior and two (2) hours after open and close of the restaurant.

Educational/Professional Requirements & Experience Required

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a high-performing Team Manager at Burgerville, or 1-2 years in the restaurant industry required.
  • Food Handlers Certificate/Card required and can be obtained online.
  • First Aid certification is required and provided by Burgerville at no cost to the employee.
  • Basic computer knowledge and troubleshooting of equipment.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office and other software specific to the food industry (i.e. POSI, Crunchtime, etc).
  • Must be adept at using various applications including database, spreadsheet, communication by e-mail and using scheduling software.
  • Basic computer knowledge and troubleshooting of equipment.
