Job Duties & Key Responsibilities

* Duties and Responsibilities - • Disbursement processing on Finnone & SFDC for Consumer products• Knowledge of loan booking and POS QC• Should have knowledge of DO Governance process• Responsible for maintaining accuracy for self-processed cases• Daily Monitoring of LBO and QC process at branch and LBO end.• Making follow up with internal stakeholders such Sales IT Product for resolution of any issue faced while processing.• Preparation of daily report & circulation with stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Experience

* • Graduate Degree, 1-2 years’ experience in lending business.• Applicant should be well versed with various MS Excel knowledge • High degree of passion and self-belief• Collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues in other functions across the company• Should have good command over English language with good written and verbal communication • Should possess the below skill sets: - Relationship Management skills, - Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills, - Negotiation Skills & influencing skills, - Analytical & Problem-Solving skills
