DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Job Summary: Support Compensation & Benefit for employee payroll process especially in prepare and review tax calculations, estimates and reports accruals also maintain tax reconciliation and tax balances on general ledger. Working closely with Finance Department for the income tax report. Key Roles & Responsibility: Employee Payroll Process Prepare and review tax calculations, estimates and reports accruals & purpose partnering with Finance Department Ensure tax compliance with tax regulations for all taxes within time frame Maintain tax reconciliation and tax balances on general ledger Prepared tax return, timely submission and handle all information data request Review & manage income tax, reporting & filing works monthly and annually Responsible to legally minimize tax liabilities through informed application of tax laws and regulations Able to handle and communicate technical issue with tax officer Job Requirement: Bachelor's Degree from reputable university majoring in Accounting or Fiscal (having Brevet A & B) Having tax consultant certificate will be an advantage Min. 2 years’ working experience in the same position, especially for Income Tax (Pph 21) Min. 4 years’ working experience in tax area Proficient with the eSPT, eFaktur and other tax program Able to work with minimum supervision Able to work in a team and have a strong willingness to learn Good understanding on Indonesian tax regulations Good interpersonal and communication skills Able to communicate in English, both oral and written; DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Job Summary: Support Compensation & Benefit for employee payroll process especially in prepare and review tax calculations, estimates and reports accruals also maintain tax reconciliation and tax balances on general ledger.
