Position Summary
1. Drive the Hybris platform’s feature development plan to serve the digital business.
2. Manage all resources to ensure the 27/4 running system for the online business.
3. Collaborate with other departments for the online business service commitment.
4. Market Insight: assist the online head to build up and monitor the business KPI through all the analytics portal (BI tools/tableau, Adobe, Google Analytics), sourced from the ecommerce platform (Hybris)
Role and Responsibilities
Drive the Hybris platform’s feature development plan to serve the digital business.
•Capture the market demand in the collaboration with the cross-functional teams to design and plan the platform feature specification.
•Plan, submit and keep tracking on the development timeline to make the features roll-out on time.
•Proactively seek opportunities to improve/optimize the platform performance to enhance customer experience, expand the business capacity and maximize ROI/AOV and conversion rate.
•Partner with cross-functional team to align the business project with the analytics insight to continually improve sales
Manage all resources to ensure the 27/4 running system for the online business.
•Generate all product content based on the HQ sources and follow up with the internal and external contacts to ensure implementation on the relevant sites.
•Manage the online inventory process to ensure stock availability for listing and sales.
•Manage the third party systems integrated with the platform (Payment gateway, SMS gateway, Trade-In portal, Installment Portal, Zendesk, etc.)
•Manage and optimize product display with the pricing accuracy in the sites.
•Identify, implement and manage eCommerce marketing tools including email, social media, SEO and SEM, and Google analytics
Collaborate with other departments for the online business service commitment.
•Support the customer service, logistics, 3pls, marketing team to fulfil the order and deliver the best user experience on the company product and service.
•Collect the internal requirements to improve the backend system from stakeholders in order to enhance the entire business operation process.
•Train and assist all stakeholders to work on the eCommerce platform smoothly.

Skills and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
•Outstanding project leadership and ability to manage multiple competing priorities
•Ability to learn new technology tools
•Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role, with ownership in ecommerce, digital marketing, demand generation, marketplace management or a related field
•Minimum of bachelor’s degree in business, information technology or related field
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and interacting internally and with partners in English. Korean-speaking ability is a plus.
•Knowledgeable about SAP tools (GERP, Hybris)
•Google Analytics or other digital marketing analytics experience is a plus
•High proficiency in computer an internet use including Microsoft Office
•Results driven, a self-starter, customer-focused and resilient
•A team player and able to work with others.
