Job Description

Purpose/ Mission:

To develop and maintain business relationship with key account customers to support adidas Vietnam in the achievement of its mission to maintain or become the leading sports brand in Vietnam

Accountabilities:

Primary accountabilities:

  • Maintain & develop good business relationship with all multibrand customers
  • Maintain & develop good business relationship with monobrand customers
  • Negotiate and reinforce adidas trade terms
  • Giving contribution as expected by the management in developing business with key accounts
  • Establishment of effective communication channels throughout the sales team and customer service
  • Secondary accountabilities
  • Actively participate in the establishment of business strategy in achieving monthly target (additional 30% with new role)
  • Overall responsibility for key accounts (addition of 2 key accounts)
  • Provide input into budgets and forecasting
  • Monitor & report customers and competitors activities and propose/ initiate/ take actions
  • Ensure customer compliance with trade agreements (i.e. trade terms)

Professional background/ Experience:

  1. Functional: Preferably 3-4 years sales, ideally in KA
  2. Industry: Preferably in apparel/ fashion/ FW or FMCG
  3. Leadership: With skills but no experience required
  4. Exposure: Sports, marketing, account marketing

Education:

  1. University degree in Business with Marketing and Sales focus

  1. Outlook: Basic
  2. Word: Advanced
  3. Excel: Advanced
  4. Powerpoint: Advanced

Language skills:

  1. English: Advanced
  2. Local Language: Fluent
