Job Description

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work in the Risk Management Team and assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of the Enterprise Risk Management Policy and Framework for the Group. He / she will co-ordinate regular risk assessment (including update of risk registers) and internal-control self assessments and review the assessment results. He / she will assist in preparing relevant reports and papers to Senior Management and the Audit Committee. Other duties include conducting consultancy review and research on specific risk / governance topics. He / she will also participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • Degree holder, major in risk management, finance, accounting or relevant disciplines
  • Qualified FRM,CPA, ACCA, CIA or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in risk management, consultancy or external / internal auditing with accounting firm or sizable company
  • Experience in property development industry will be an advantage
  • Excellent command of Chinese and English (both spoken and written); proficiency in Putonghua is desirable
  • Occasional overseas travel may be required
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Manager

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling and managing a small accounts department. The duties include monitoring daily operation such as issuing cheques, daily cashflow report  and time deposit placing etc.  He / She will also review financial statements, arrange annual audit and undertake ad hoc projects and assignments etc.

Requirements

  • HKICPA or ACCA full membership or related disciplines
  • Degree Holder in Accounting or related disciplines
  • Over 15 years accounting experiences
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, detail-orientated, self-motivated, well-organized and wiling to learn
  • Less experiences will be considered as Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead a team of building service/ building environmental assessment consultant and site staff to independently handle projects from inception to completion stage, including liaison with utility companies, relevant government departments and local authority, design team members and contractors. Duties include advising on all contractual issues and building services design and works, preparing budget for building services installations, monitoring progress of building services work, checking and assessing variation and payment claims from work contractors, on-going verification on site work quality and control, and preparing final accounts for building services contracts and addressing enquiries on technical aspect and matter from our internal and external customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Corporate member of recognized professional bodies (e.g. HKIE, CIBSE, IMechE) preferred
  • At least 10 years of solid experience in handling M/E work in residential and commercial developments
  • Must have uncompromising integrity, strong sense of responsibility and good supervisory skills and sense of mutual respect
