Job Description

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing the community services of the Group, staffs volunteering activities and stakeholder engagement activities. He/ She will also promote corporate volunteering by engaging colleagues to participate in community services, organize community services to engage internal and external stakeholders and liaise with community partners of the community services of the Group. Other duties include assisting in coordination and on-site support of the sponsorship events as well as managing volunteer service hour record (including data checking, analysis and generating reports etc.).

Requirements

  • Degree in Social Science or CSR-related disciplines preferred
  • At least 6 years’ relevant experience in sizeable organisations with proven track record in coordinating and executing large scale community activities / programmes
  • Strong liaison and networking skills with organisational, planning and execution skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, and a good team player
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS office applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
  • Passionate to social contribution and willing to work outside normal office hours occasionally

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible to develop digital marketing strategies for leasing department to drive business growth. He/ She will also be in creating digital marketing campaigns and activities for effective lead generation, including but not limited to Display Ad, Search Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), social media, content marketing and marketing partnership. Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years relevant experience specializing in digital marketing
  • Hands on experience in managing agencies on development websites, mobile apps, digital and social campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategies and best practice
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
  • Good project management skill
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Manager

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in property development projects including presale consent and DMC approval application and issues relating to Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance; advising on property management issues; handling sale and purchase of properties as well as leasing matters, and supporting in ad hoc projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Qualified lawyer in Hong Kong with solid property, conveyancing and tenancy related experiences
  • Minimum 4-5 years of post-qualification experience gained with a reputable law firm or as in-house counsel

  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for acting in supervisory role in controlling all the billing and accounts receivable of the Group as well as preparing and analysing monthly management reports. Other duties include ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day financial operations and preparing ad hoc reports as required by management from time to time.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Accounting or Finance and a member of HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experiences in financial and management accounting
