Responsibilities

The successful applicant will handle a full spectrum of quality leasing services including planning, tenant liaison and prospecting, and tenancy administration. Further duties include promoting office properties and acquiring new clients through business connections and associated marketing events. He/ She will also work closely with property management teams to ensure that clients can enjoy service excellence.

Requirements

  • University graduates or above
  • Minimum 5 years of office leasing experience with a strong market sense and proactive attitude to enhance portfolio value
  • Conversant with various marketing channels and must be creative to explore new marketing channels
  • Good network of office property agents
  • Strong supervisory, leadership and interpersonal skills with sound analytical ability
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
  • Good computer skills

Responsibilities

This position revolves around managing a portfolio of quality investment properties with the aim of achieving promising results. The successful candidates will assist the manager to lead the leasing team to work on new letting, renewals, direct marketing, market research, budget preparation and tenancy administration. Further duties include managing day-to-day business operations and providing professional leasing services including strategic positioning of investment properties, co-ordination of takeover and handover of premises, management of fitting-out works and renovation works, co-ordination with related parties on property management, monitoring of rates administration and ad hoc duties. The incumbent will also need to explore new clients through business connections and marketing events.

Requirements

  • University graduate or related professional qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, leasing, liaison with tenants and prospects as well as tenancy administration
  • Experience with property developers or international real estate agency firms
  • Proactive and customer oriented
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
  • Knowledge of relevant statutory requirements, regulations and licensing requirements

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Senior Manager on the joint-mall spending program implementation in individual malls. He/ She will lead the spending program operation flow and program manual set up, support and coordinate the program’s daily operation with individual malls. Further duties include reviewing and optimizing the program’s digital platform/CMS user experience, database analysis and review of enquiries and complaints.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Manager on loyalty club management to optimize member engagement and recruitment.  He/ She will develop and implement recruitment or engagement campaigns and events through collaboration with various internal stakeholders.    He/ She will also be in charge of membership platform operations. Other duties include handling hotline, online and social media enquiries, set-up of guidelines and procedures as well as managing web and application platforms.
