Responsibilities:
+ To identify and facilitate process improvement projects, training/ workshops to drive cultural change
+ To reduce manual work and drive automation
+ To support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes and identification of better ways of working
+ To ensure the business impact and project objectives/dependencies are identified, reported on and managed at all times
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor degree/Master on accounting, finance, actuary, engineering, process improvement or related field
+ 1-5 years of working experience
+ Computer literacy: Excellent in MS Excel and Access
+ Ability to work as a team and independently
