Position Summary

This role will involve managing the CRM strategy across all divisions. The role will be responsible for leading an external agency to deliver annual communication plans recommending scheduling, budget requirements, audience segmentation and campaign rules. This role will involve working directly with the marketing communications teams to generate audience-insight led content and to plan the distribution strategy within and around their marketing campaigns.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Delivery of digital CRM strategy and campaigns across all divisions: Mobile, Television, Home Appliances, B2B and eCommerce
  • CRM Agency management
  • Delivering strategic direction and insights around CRM content creation/production
  • Deliver best in class email design and Samsung messaging
  • Work with retail partners to deliver co-branded marketing
  • Be the owner of data and privacy
  • Create audience insights from first party data, working with consumer insights team to deliver test and learn framework
  • Produce 1st party data enhancement projects
  • Close the loop on sales
  • Ability to think beyond email, and consider other digital touch points for integrated marketing using data
  • Provide in depth reporting to divisions and manage benchmarks and KPI’s
  • Create full purchase cycle communications programs

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role you will be degree qualified and have 4+ years’ experience in project management and digital campaign coordination and implementation.
