Do you want to be a part of something cool? We have centralised digital marketing for a group of our business units, from wine e-commerce to ski resorts to Loyalty Rewards programs. We are looking for a performance-oriented marketer who’s entrepreneurial at heart and loves working in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.  

You will be responsible for developing and executing mid-to-long term growth and marketing strategy for our business units. This role will lead and motivate a diverse team (marketing coordinators, marketing executives, and graphic designers) to implement all aspects of activities that drive performance through engagement.  

We want to do it differently, and we are looking for an innovator who can bring together our AI decisioning, behavioural marketing and creative executions.

In this role, you will learn a lot and will have plenty of opportunities to try new things on many different channels. This role will work with and report directly to the Group CEO.

You will:

  • Own all aspects of performance marketing: develop strategies and plans to drive near-term performance target and build a foundation for long-term growth.
  • Lead the ideation and execution of marketing experiments across channels to increase traffic, optimise conversion, and achieve revenue target.
  • Run marketing campaigns and other performance initiatives end-to-end: you will design experiments, develop campaign strategy, drive execution of the campaign through to completion, track results and communicate the findings to leadership and relevant teams.
  • Leverage a behavioral marketing approach to identify, execute, and optimise online and offline marketing campaigns to efficiently acquire new customers and drive incremental sales.
  • Lead the team to execute online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media campaigns, content marketing, paid ads, and use metrics-driven measurements to deliver the best outcome, optimise for ROI and budget in each marketing channel.
  • Analyse data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement.
  • Manage and drive continuous improvement of day-to-day performance management and reporting.
  • Manage, monitor and communicate performance on an ongoing basis to the Group CEO.

You are:

  • Interested in customer experience design, behavioral economics, the jobs-to-be-done theory or the like.
  • Obsessed with testing, analysing, optimising everything.
  • Able to admit failure and are not scared of pivoting when needed.ytical, structured and committed to a results-oriented approach. You also know when to stop analysing and trust your creativity to execute the most interesting campaigns that will drive expected outcomes.
  • A motivated self-starter. You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves, move quickly and get things done.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to thrive under minimal guidance.
  • Curious, creative (think outside the box) and comfortable with (and able to) find shortcuts for processes that take tons of unnecessary time.

You have:

  • Demonstrated success in driving performance and marketing efforts in a B2C, eCommerce, and/or startup environment.
  • Hands-on experience and a solid understanding of web analytics, email marketing, social media marketing, digital advertising, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills in English - written, verbal and presentation.
  • Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to continuous improvement, with the ability to take an idea and bring it to life with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with Shopify, Wordpress, Mailchimp, Hootsuite is a plus.
